Community Guidelines
PhotoBooks is a place where you can share your story and celebrate every adventure. We want everyone to feel included, inspired, and safe. These guidelines are meant to help keep PhotoBooks friendly and open to everyone.
What belongs here
Share photos of real experiences. Show the people, places, and moments that are meaningful to you. If you were there or captured the moment, it belongs here.
What we don't allow
To keep our community safe and positive, some types of photos aren't allowed on PhotoBooks. Every upload is automatically scanned, and if a photo is flagged for review, our team checks it before it appears in a book. Photos that break these guidelines will be removed:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Graphic violence or gore
- Content that depicts or promotes harm to people or animals
- Hate speech, harassment, or content intended to demean
- Photos that include someone’s private information without their consent
- Content that violates applicable law
Consent
Please only share photos you have permission to post. Always respect the wishes of anyone in your photos. If someone asks not to be included, honor their request.
How moderation works
Every upload is checked before it appears in a book. If something may not fit our guidelines, our team reviews it. This is usually within 24 hours. If we remove a photo, we'll let you know why. We do our best to review carefully and fairly.
Repeated violations
If a photo you post breaks our guidelines, you'll receive a strike on your account. If an account reaches five strikes, it will be suspended. Our goal is to help everyone stay part of the community. Most flagged photos turn out to be fine, and we always review carefully.
